There is a new app available for helping you improve your back health and posture.  The Canadian Chiropractic Association released this app for iphone and android users earlier this week.

The app shares 12 simple exercises, along with descriptions and videos, that will help you to maintain good posture and prevent back pain.  It also has a number of other features such as tracking your progress, and setting reminders.  The app will be updated on a regular basis with new and helpful information.

I would recommend that everyone take a minute to download this FREE app, and give the exercises a try!
